TCC Group’s history began in 1917 when Mr C.S.Koo founded the Tai Chong Hsiang Customs Brokerage Company. By the mid-1920s, Tai Chong Hsiang transformed from a customs broker house into a Chinese shipowner (one of the first of its kind in its day) which offered cargo and passenger transportation services.
